STEPHEN LEE, PRINCIPAL
Stephen has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. A DePaul University graduate with degrees in Finance and Real Estate, he began his brokerage career in Chicago in 2008 and has worked across multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, office, retail and development transactions.
His experience as both a broker and a multifamily owner gives him a practical understanding of underwriting, operations and the decisions sponsors face. Based in Los Angeles with roots in Chicago, Stephen works with clients and capital providers nationwide.
